Lodging Management Program II

Where will you find tomorrow’s lodging industry employees? In the Educational Institute’s Lodging Management Program.
The Lodging management Program (LMP) provides 11th and 12th grade students with the classroom learning and real-life work experiences needed to preopare them for a career in the lodging industry.

 

LMP provides students with the background they need to begin a hospitality career through:
* 360 hours of classroom learning
* In-depth information on the spectrum of lodging responsibilities, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Marketing and Sales, Food and Beverage Service, and Leadership and Management.
* Opportunities for internships and job shadowing
* Opportunities to earn professional certification
 

Lodging Management Program Recognition
A national certificate will be issued to recognize student achievement both in the classroom and in the workplace. Future employers and college admissions officers will recognize this credential as evidence of an LMP graduate’s preparation for hospitality success. Certificates of completion will be issued to students who pass exams at the end of year 1 and year 2.
        

Lodging Management Program Curriculum
The LMP’s learning objectives correspond to competency lists used in the Educational Institute’s post-secondary curriculum and form the basis for articulation agreements between your school and local community colleges and universities. All competencies are supported by extensive research, including industry focus groups, surveys, and reviews. Here’s what your students will learn:
