START and quickSTART for individual positions are the modules for training new or prospective employees in general hospitality knowledge, soft skills, and position-specific knowledge, combined with the opportunity to earn professional certification.

As future supervisors and managers, your  students need to be familiar with the skills used by line-level employees. The START series of online or print hospitality skills training programs include activities, checklists and worksheets, and quizzes to test learner mastery of required tasks and skills, leading to professional certification that can be earned with no time in position requirement. START for Individual Positions offers training for the following (each available as a separate training and certification bundle):
