Being a Certified Hospitality Educator (AH&LEI), Certified Sommelier (CMS), Educator of Wine and Spirit Trust (WSET) and Six Sigma Green Belt, Felix has worked in the hospitality industry for 15 years at some of the reputable companies in the region, such as the The Peninsula Hong Kong, Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, Hullet House, CitySuper, Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, Aberdeen Marina Club and Galaxy Entertainment Group.

Strong in customer service, operation management, SOP set up and training, in many of his roles he started in the pre-opening project such as the re-opening of Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, the grand opening of Hullet House and the re-vamp and opening project of Broadway Macau. And when Broadway Macau successfully opened, he took up a cross functional role overlooking the customer journey, training, F&B operation for 30+ outlets and 400+ team members. He was also the trainer in Galaxy Macau for over 200+ outlets and 3,000+ team members.

Felix has a passion in the people industry and has been a WSET trainer since 2011. In Macau, he successfully set up Macau’s second WSET center in Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center (CPTTM) in 2018 and will launch Macau’s first WSET Sake courses in Q3 2019. He was the guest tutor teaching F&B service, wine and Diploma of Hospitality in Vocational Training Council and Hong Kong College of Technology.

He was the sole WSET educator in Galaxy Entertainment Group providing corporate WSET courses for all F&B members under its 8 hotels including Galaxy Macau, Starworld Macau, Okura Macau, Banyan Tree, Ritz Carlton, JW Marriot and Broadway Macau. The corporate WSET courses had nurtured internal talents and significantly raised wine sales. He lectured Wine Appreciation Course at University of Macao, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Macau Wine & Dine Festival.
